Hi and welcome! I’m Keith Caldwell, owner of HomeSpects of Arkansas. I’m a Licensed and Certified Home Inspector who believes in giving my clients the best service at the best value. My unique background prior to the Home Inspection business includes over 1500 foundation inspections while employed with a prominent Foundation Contractor.... which included composing foundation repair plans along with drainage and moisture control solutions for residential and commercial properties. I started buying investment properties in 1996, and have remodeled and sold over 20 properties.
