• BUYER'S/PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION

    During a pre-purchase inspection, we give potential buyers a better understanding of a property's condition and repair needs before purchasing. Reports will be emailed/delivered same day.

     

    PRE-LISTING/SELLER'S INSPECTION

    Before placing a property on the market, this inspection gives sellers awareness of any issues that need addressed and allows time to correct them before listing, and should help with establishing an initial asking price based on the condition of the property. 

     

    COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS

    We inspect light commercial properties such as strip malls and storefronts.  Call for quote. 

     

    NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION

    Before the final walk-through with the builder,  a newly constructed home should be inspected by a neutral party to ensure that it is move-in ready. Currently we are not performing phase inspections, only inspections after construction completion. 

     

    PARTIAL INSPECTIONS

    I will inspect a single system or component, or a certain area of a property per Client's requests. Call me for a quote.

     

    RE-INSPECTION/ AFTER REPAIR INSPECTION

    If repairs are made after my initial inspection, I can come back out to the property for a second inspection and verify that any work agreed upon was completed.  Typically this fee is less than half of my initial fee for a full inspection.

     

    PERIODIC MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS

    I can set up an inspection schedule of every 6 months or annually to check the home for any needed maintenance concerns that may arise.  Catching these at early stages is the key to keep them from becoming larger and more expensive issues down the road.
