BUYER'S/PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION

During a pre-purchase inspection, we give potential buyers a better understanding of a property's condition and repair needs before purchasing. Reports will be emailed/delivered same day.

PRE-LISTING/SELLER'S INSPECTION

Before placing a property on the market, this inspection gives sellers awareness of any issues that need addressed and allows time to correct them before listing, and should help with establishing an initial asking price based on the condition of the property. 

COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS

We inspect smaller commercial properties.  Call for quote. 

NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION

Before the final walk-through with the builder,  a newly constructed home should be inspected by a neutral party to ensure that it is move-in ready. 

RE-INSPECTION/ AFTER REPAIR INSPECTION

If repairs are made after my initial inspection, I can come back out to the property for a second inspection and verify that any work agreed upon was completed.  Typically this fee is less than half of my initial fee for a full inspection.

MANUFACTURED HOME INSPECTIONS

I have extensive experience inspecting manufactured homes, which includes determining if the structure rests on a proper "permanent" foundation. 

THERMAL IMAGING

Internachi Certified. No additional charge for this service. I use a thermal imaging camera and a moisture meter to help document my findings in areas of suspected moisture intrusion. Also thermal imaging is helpful in documenting electrical shorts. 

MOLD SAMPLING

I perform mold inspections , and take air or/and surface samples. Inquire for quotes. Results typically delivered within one business day.

SEWAGE SCOPING

Scoping is performed by a licensed Plumber, which gives my Clients the most peace of mind.  I can arrange the scoping to be performed at the same time as the general home inspection.  Quotes vary based on age of plumbing, if a cleanout is easily accessible, and length of drain.
