The home inspection report you receive describes each of the major systems of the home, including:

• Structure
• Electrical
• Heating
• Cooling
• Insulation and ventilation
• Plumbing
• Interior

Any recommended repairs, replacements or improvements are clearly documented. The report includes a summary of significant issues near the front of the report for quick reference.  I strongly recommend that the Client reads the entire report, not just the summary.
